Season Pass Online Purchase 

All online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.

Protect your purchase for just $15 should something arise.

We will be continuing to offer our Pass Protection Plan, which can be added to any season pass purchase for $15 and allows for passes to be canceled and refunded on a prorated schedule in the event of an unforeseen, covered incident. Our pass protection can give you a little more peace of mind knowing you have options should life throw you an unexpected curveball.

season pass cancellation policy

Any Season Pass purchased during our early deadline sale can be canceled for any reason and refunded – less a 5% processing fee – prior to the start of our 2023 /2024 season (Nov 1). After Nov 1 passes are non-refundable except for conditions outlined in our Pass Assurance policy or those with additional Pass Protection. Any season pass that has a Season Pass Spring Add+On is non-refundable and is considered redeemed as of April 1, 2023.

Pass Redemptions

NEW this season we are offering the option to pick up your season pass OR to have your pass mailed directly to the address on your order. During the purchase process, you will be prompted to choose "delivery" or "pick up". In order to have your season pass mailed you are required to upload a picture during the purchase process. To pick up your season pass you will stop by the Snowriver Mountain Resort Ticket Offices after Labor Day weekend during our season pass pick-up events or once we are open for the 2023/2024 ski season. 

Pass Replacement 

We will offer you a replacement ticket for the day for $5.  Should you find your pass great, if not we will disable your pass so that no one else can use it and a replacement pass will be printed for $50.

Release of Liability Form

A new waiver of liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers can be filled out anytime at www.snowriver.com/waiver and will attach to your guest record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.
