A quick review of our First Timers' Guide can help prepare you for your northern adventure.Know before you go

Buying tickets and reserving lodging online in advance will get you the best discount! Bundle adults and children, and save even more.

Packing

Check out our Safety Guide to make sure you have the proper layers, gear, and safety to stay out and ride the slopes comfortably.

Parking

On weekends, parking lots can fill up. A convenient shuttle will operate on a schedule between the Jackson Creek Summit area and the Black River Basin area, with tickets and rentals, retail and dining available at both mountains.

Tickets

Make sure you grab your tickets and redeem your rentals first from either the Sugar Maple Chalet or Black River Chalet.

After redeeming your rental form at the ticket counter, you can head to the rental shop where our professional technicians will suit you up with equipment that's appropriate for your size and skill level.

With tickets in-hand, rentals ready to go, and snow gear on, head to your lesson 15 minutes early to check in. Please be ready for your lesson by knowing our Lesson Policies.

On the Mountain

cONDITIONS + Trail Map

Check out the latest conditions to know what kind of snow you'll be carving for the day. Take the time to scope out your trail map and which lifts you'll be taking to get where you want to go. 

Chalets

Sugar Maple Chalet and Black River Chalet both have ticketing, rentals, dining, and seating to warm up in. No matter which mountain you're playing on, you'll have a spot to rest and refuel.
