Snowriver Mountain Resort offers discounted lift tickets to full-time students or year-round local residents with home or school mailing addresses with zip codes including Ramsay (49959), Wakefield (49968), Bessemer (49911), Ironwood (49938), Gile (54525), Hurley (54534), Bergland (49910), Marenisco (49947), Montreal (54450), Presque Isle (54557), Mercer (54547), Iron Belt (54536), Saxon (54559), Manitowish Waters (54545), White Pine (49971), Ewen (49925), and Upson (54565). State-issued photo ID or school ID will be required for all persons on this order. For guests who live at a different address, please fill out a separate order.

- Local Resident tickets are valid for non-Saturday dates during the prime season excluding holiday periods, Winter Break (12/26-12/31/23), MLK Weekend (01/13-01/14/24), or President’s Weekend (2/17-2/18/24).
- Sunday-Thursday Local Resident lift tickets offer an ADDITIONAL savings of 50% off of your ski or snowboard rental.
- Local Resident rental offer is only valid at the original time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date or at the window.
RELEASE OF LIABLITY FORM:
A new waiver of liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers can be filled out anytime at www.snowriver.com/waivers and will attach to your guest record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.
ONLINE REDEMPTIONS:
Upon arrival please visit our Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. We ask only one person in your party enter the line to minimize congestion.
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Snowriver Mountain Resort, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available at the following locations:
- Jackson Creek Guest Services Desk in the Sugar Maple Chalet
- The Lodge at Jackson Creek Entrance
Lift Ticket Policies
ONLINE TICKET RESERVATIONS
Online Lift Tickets are offered at discounted rates up to the day of arrival. Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date. Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.
ONLINE REDEMPTIONS
Upon arrival please visit our Snowriver Mountain Resort Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and have your release of liability completed to expedite the process. If taking a lesson, plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. We ask only one person in your party to enter the line to minimize congestion.

LIFT TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable—A credit may be applied for purchases that have not been redeemed (valid for one year from the date of cancellation). To receive a credit, customers must contact guest services before the end of operating hours of the date on which the ticket product was to be redeemed.
ONLINE CUSTOMER CREDIT POLICY
A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, retail purchases, or to purchase gift cards.

Online rates are not available at the ticket windows. Family Vacation Tickets and Legendary Flex Passes are online-only specials.
Local and Regional discounts apply to residents living in the Upper Peninsula and the surrounding Northwoods Area. Valid proof of residence will be required for all persons to receive this discount, which is only offered at the ticket window. For more details, visit our Local and Regional Discounts page.
We are honored to provide 25% off daily lift tickets to members of our nation's armed forces and their immediate household members. This discount is valid at the ticket window only.
