Lift Tickets purchased on-site are sold at published rack rates and are subject to availability.  Specials and discounts are only available when purchased online.  To deliver a premium experience on the slopes, Snowriver continues to limit ticket sales to a comfortable carrying capacity on peak dates.   We recommend purchasing tickets online which saves time in the ticket queue, saves money, and ensures you have a ticket on the dates you intend to ski.

Lift tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable ticket products.

Release of Liablity Form:

A new Waiver of Liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers can be filled out any time and will attach to your guest record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.

Online Redemptions:

Upon arrival please visit our Snowriver Ticket Windows at the Summit Chalet or the Black River Basin Chalet to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. We ask only one person in your party enter the line to minimize congestion.

WE ARE NOW CASHLESS

Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash. 

For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Snowriver Mountain Resort, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available at the following locations:

  • Jackson Creek Guest Services Desk in the Sugar Maple Chalet
  • The Lodge at Jackson Creek Entrance

Lift Ticket Policies

ONLINE TICKET RESERVATIONS

Online Lift Tickets are offered at discounted rates up to the day of arrival. Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date. Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.

ONLINE REDEMPTIONS

Upon arrival please visit our Snowriver Mountain Resort Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and have your release of liability completed to expedite the process. If taking a lesson, plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. We ask only one person in your party to enter the line to minimize congestion.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY form

LIFT TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable—A credit may be applied for purchases that have not been redeemed (valid for one year from the date of cancellation). To receive a credit, customers must contact guest services before the end of operating hours of the date on which the ticket product was to be redeemed.

ONLINE CUSTOMER CREDIT POLICY

A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, or retail purchases.

ONLINE DISCOUNTS

Online rates are not available at the ticket windows. Family Vacation Tickets and Legendary Flex Passes are online-only specials.
