Overview
Snowriver is looking for Guest Services Representatives to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing in-person, online and telephone purchases, and answering guest questions.
Responsibilities:

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications

Process lodging reservations over the phone and through our online systems

Provide guests with information about Snowriver prior to and during their visit

Work with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished

Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer service to all guests in person and via phone/email/chat

Maintain updated paperwork, bookings, and payments

Help organize, clean, and maintain office and lodging areas as assigned

Perform general office clerk duties

Sell Season Passes, Ski Packages, Tickets, and other retail items

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

Assist with base area snow removal and salting
Qualifications

Customer Service Experience

Excellent phone and computer skills with the ability to learn new skills

Highly organized
-
Can handle multiple distractions while maintaining focus

Detail oriented
-
Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
-
Team-oriented but also able to take individual initiative
-
18 years or older
